I know that Punxsutawney Phil, "Seer of Seers", "Prognosticator of all Prognosticators", etc said that we were in for 6 more weeks of winter. I am hoping that he is wrong, but that does give you plenty of time to shop for girls clothes for spring. I know..it's hard to think Capri sets, swimsuits or short sets when the windchill is below zero and you can hear the ice pelting the window.
