I think we've just about reached the end of cold weather in Omaha. We've had what feels like a final snowstorm over the past few days. Out and about with my girl.

Hope your all doing well inshallah.
It was rather a gloomy day in Melbourne but that didn't stop me from catching up with my bestie.
Here is the thing my bestie lives on the other side of town and catching up is a rear occasion. So when we finally do it's always soo worth the wait.
Soo we did what every best pals love to do.......... SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We hit the Docklands shopping strip and shopped our savings away.
A bit of retail therapy with the bestie is always advised.
As we window shopped and strolled the lanes it made me realise just how much I missed my girl.
I missed having her there to tell her everything and get her opinion on things I was going through.
Everyone needs to have a friends like mine.
Alhamdulliah for a friend indeed.

In the last two days, I've read two books by Nina Garcia, The Little Black Book of Style, and The One Hundred. The Black Book was an enormous disappointment, it read like a mix of priv-lit and self help, minus any thought or effort. However, what spirit she lacked while writing The Little Black Book, Garcia fully makes up for in The One Hundred. It's essentially an enormous list of things she believes every stylish woman should own. Some of the items are unrealistic for the vast majority of the population (at least, I don't have any friends that can afford to throw $4,000 into an accessory), but many of them are quite logical and I had several, "duh, why haven't I invested in that?" moments. She also gives great advice about where to look and how to judge the quality of an item before you spend your cash. Basically, it's a book to help you organize and prioritize your wardrobe and shopping list so you can finally say goodbye to mornings spent standing in front of your bursting-at-the-seams closet and inexplicably not being able to find anything to wear. Highly recommended.

Now, onto girls fashion! Gymnastics is a great activity for little girls, they learn balance, poise, and gain self-confidence through performing in from of audiences. It's also a great physical activity that she's sure to enjoy. Three things i'm going to share

Hey ladies,

Hope your all doing well inshallah and life is treating you well.
I was ravaging through my jewellery to day and came across a few rings and bracelets and I thought how about I share them with you guys??????
Now anyone who knows me will know how much I love my jewelery!!!!!!!!!!
I feel kinda incomplete on days where I go out with out a ring, bracelet, watch or bangel.
It just doesn't feel right :(

So here is one of my all time favorite. It's a charmed bracelet!!!!!!!!!!
Gorgeous charms like this cute Eiffel tower and a perfume bottle to a simple flower.
I luv the mix of beads and gold chain.

The other is my ohh soo beautiful Lady Million perfume. I just love Paco rabanne!!!!
(side note to all the sister out there if you have a man in your life get him the Million. Oh do restrain yourself from using it)

And last but not least, it's the little treasurer box with scent perfume I bought from Dubai.
It has this thing about it, small yet full of character. Will look fab on any display shelf.
